Lease/Rental Applicant Information
Anyone applying to rent a unit in Oaks IV must deliver the following to the Oaks IV office:
Download the required documents here:
- Completed and signed application
- Completed and signed background check release form
- $100 application fee for each adult ($100 total for married couples; no charge for dependent minors)
- Copy of photo ID for each adult
- Copy of lease
